Terroir: A search for vines at altitude and late harvests on the gravel and marl of the high hills. The Grenaches are 100 years old, the Mourvèdres are over 80 years old and the Syrahs are 45 years old on average.

Vinification: Very long cold maceration in order to extract the aromas and substance as much as possible before the appearance of alcohol. Stopping extractions at the start of fermentation.

A wine with aromas of black fruits, blackcurrant, leather and violet. Dense, with supple and crunchy tannins, a nice, well-balanced fruit bomb, a Côtes du Rhône that can be drunk!

Food & wine pairings: lasagna, white and red meats, cheese and charcuterie platter, pizza, stuffed vegetables, grilled meats..
