L'Etoile is part of the Arcane range, innovative and unique cuvées, made from the best juices produced by the excellent winemaker Xavier Vignon. This non-vintage cuvée is a blend of the very fine 2015, 2016 and 2017 vintages. The result is a rare complexity, revealed by the altitude terroirs (up to 600m) of Beaumes de Venise.
 
Vinification: The Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre are macerated for a long time, without mechanical extraction, then are integrated with Viognier skins like a Côte-Rotie, in order to bring a floral touch to the wine. A 15-month aging follows, one-third in barrels, one-third in concrete vats and one-third in tuns.
 
This blend of vintages, terroirs, the addition of Viognier skins and containers for aging make this cuvée a real oddity. Xavier Vignon's mastery is total and the result fantastic: L'Étoile is a fresh, fruity and floral wine, the tannins are present and velvety. Very elegant, its aging potential is several years, between 10 and 15. What complexity!
