Terroir: The vines are located to the south of the appellation in the “Fangueiron” sector, made up of rolled pebbles and stony alluvium. The age of the vines is around 60 years.
In the vineyard: Led in sustainable agriculture, the work of the vine is carried out manually with mechanical tillage.
Vinification and ageing: Vinified in whole bunches, with a maceration of about twenty days. Aged in stainless steel vats for 12 months.
