Terroir: This cuvée owes its name to the "Les Corquamots" plot, located in Pommard, on which the grapes used for the production of this wine are grown.

In the winery: The crates for the grapes during the manual harvest can only reach 12kg in order to guarantee the good quality of the berries. The wine undergoes alcoholic fermentation for 20 days in concrete vats and is aged in barrels for ten months.

Tasting: A pretty bouquet of potpourri, wilted flowers and berries. The palate is tender, seductive, with noticeable but digestible tannins. A delicate juice, all finesse, in tune with the times.

Food & wine pairings: delicate dishes: white meats and fish, grilled vegetables, oven-baked gratins, as an aperitif or with game.
