Terroir: Alluvia of sand and clay. The vineyard is located east of the Rhône Valley, in the Vaucluse. It extends in an arc of a circle, on a West orientation, at the foot of Mont Ventoux.

Grape varieties Grenache noir, Syrah.

 

Vinification Fermentation in stainless steel vats, temperature controlled to preserve the finesse of the fruit. Bottling 6 months after harvest.

 

Tasting The color is intense, with purplish reflections. The nose is very flattering, focused on fresh red fruits such as raspberry as well as black fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry. The mouth, tasty, is overflowing with fruit. It has a good volume and very soft tannins. This wine with flattering fruit aromas is very pleasant to taste in all circumstances.

 

Drinking advice To drink between 1 and 3 years for the greedy side of the fruit on the youth. Serve at a temperature of 14-15°C.
